Highlight is cutting edge software that takes advantage of modern browser technology. For the optimal experience we highly recommend accessing Highlight using the latest officially released versions. Users of non-supported browsers may find that some parts of Highlight do not display or function as expected.

If you are experiencing issues and are already using the most current version of your browser, then you may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer by your browser to customise what you see on a webpage. The cache is website information that is stored on your computer so webpages will load faster. Clearing your cache and cookies can help resolve many browser functionality issues when using Highlight.
We continually monitor browser usage among our user community and the versions supported will be updated based on the requirements of users and the development of new browser versions. A minimum of 3 months notice will be given before a version is removed from our supported browser list – this will be documented on the release notes.
