Release notes - July 2019
Summary
19.7 This release gives service managers the ability to compare availability to SLA in Highlight reports plus other changes and bug fixes.
Report on availability compared with SLA
Service providers offer SLAs on the availability of their services, for example 99.999% over the month. It's now possible to store this SLA target in Highlight for each watch, and separately, for each location. An availability report will show 3 columns for each of Availability and Site Availability. The actual availability figure will turn red if it's below the SLA target and the amount of time in breach of the SLA is also shown, as SLA Breach.
SLA targets can be manually edited on the watch or location or bulk loaded across an entire estate.
Reports are available on screen or as CSV , RTF or DOCX formats. Reports can also be scheduled to arrive in your inbox each day, week or month.
