Summary
19.8 This release see enhancements to Flow plus other changes and bug fixes.
Flow in 10 minute segments and top conversations
This release has two updates to Highlight's Flow feature:
For today only, choose Last hour and see Flow data in 10 minute segments. This is useful for troubleshooting to know quickly which applications or hosts are using bandwidth.
It's also now possible to see the top 20 conversations for any time period.

Scheduled reports for new users
The Reporting section has been refreshed with a new icon [

Other changes
New welcome screen for first time users
Also opens when selecting Getting started from the user menu/side bar
Agent Notify email address now a mandatory field
This field can contain one or more email addresses (separated with a comma) to receive an alert from Highlight should the agent go off-line or stop responding. Notify fields on any existing agents will not be changed by the upgrade to 19.8 but completion of this field with a relevant email address is highly recommended to ensure the agent gets prompt attention if down. Create/Edit user - save updated
- Now shown by default for new users, stores details and sends a welcome email to the user with login information.
- Shown by default for existing users, stores details without sending an email. Changes may result in the user being logged out.
Switch between Save and Save and welcome using the drop-down on the right of the button. Send an additional welcome email to existing users if needed by selecting Save and welcome. Find out more about user authentication.
Reporting time format on screen and in all download formats
The time format is now hh:mm:ss consistently, on screen and in all download formats.
User agreement to Highlight's terms and conditions
Existing users will see this message when they first log in after the 19.8 release and, in the future, if our terms and conditions are updated.

Bug fixes
- Watch lists: watches set to internal view are no longer listed in the audit log or inventory for customers
- Admin browse: User icons now correctly faded if not yet logged in
- Agent upgrades: Old modules now cleanly removed
- Emails: System emails now include the missing logo
- Flow data: Multiple lines for the ESP application are now consolidated
- Internet Explorer: now scrolls long lists without error
- Login page: transitory default branding is no longer seen during page build
- Scheduled reports: now correctly colour the exceptions and availability stats
