Summary
20.11 sees Highlight support performance tests for SNMP v3 enabled devices
Performance tests for SNMP v3 enabled devices BETA

Why use performance tests?
You may want to know if your voice services are fit for purpose, or why at certain times applications are running slowly. Highlight can help answer these questions by implementation of performance testing to provide a complete picture of the availability and performance of your network.
In addition to SNMP v2c, you can now create performance tests on SNMP v3 enabled devices.

Find out more about performance testing generally and creating performance tests.
Alerts can show location time

For those who find UTC confusing, two new alerting templates make it possible for alerts to show your location time in addition to, or instead of, UTC. This is available for webhook alerts also. Find out more about available fields to include in alerts.
Contact us if you would like to use one of these new alerting templates.
